Where to start, Before I received the coat I was sent a comprehensive email asking for the size of coat I had ordered, I'll assume you were just double checking, but I'd already specified when I placed my order that a 46" XL was required!
The coat arrived, no size label, no material ID no care / washing instructions.
Not sure what it's made of but if feels extremely sub standard.
Also I measured the coat and it's closer to a 44" L which is no good for me!
No return detail included. The coat arrived with a coat hanger and a folded garment protecter , which absolutely stank of stale moth balls. (I've thrown that out)
Your picture on your web site made the coat look fantastic, More fool me!
In future If I'm going to spend that amount of money on a coat I'll want to see it first.
I'll be taking it to the Charity shop. One very expensive lesson well and truly learn't !
